Returns

If you have a change of heart regarding your purchase, our policy allows for you to request a return up to 7 days after receiving your item.

The eligibility requirements for returns:

  • Your item must be in the same condition in which you received it.
  • Contact us at hello@luxrugs.co.za to confirm if your return is accepted.

Damages and incorrect orders

If the rug appears defective, damaged, or if the rug is the wrong item, please let us know right away so that we can evaluate it and make the necessary corrections.

Consultants and Services

Are you in two minds about selecting a rug? Our dedicated team will gladly fit rugs in your space to assist you to make your satisfied choice. This service is location based and where relevant, an applicable handling cost will be communicated before installation. If you would like to try different rugs in your space, please contact us.

Custom Services

If you are interested in specific orders or selections please contact us and we will liaise with our suppliers.

Rug Care

A good quality rug has many benefits.

Our rug consultants are available to carefully guide you when you select one of our rugs.

 

  • The more organic your rug is the better your chances are to get the toughest stains out.
  • Avoid folding your rug for long periods when you store it. Instead roll the rug with the back of the rug facing the outside.
  • Direct sunlight will cause fading – avoid direct exposure to sunlight.
  • Prevent moisture build-up, do not keep /store your rug in an airtight bag.
  • Use silica bags and mothballs to keep your stored rugs free from moisture and parasites.
  • Use a low setting when you vacuum your new rug.
  • Refrain from using rotating or brush head vacuum cleaners on the rugs unless otherwise advised.
  • Prevent using vacuum cleaners with a very strong suction.
